Preschool Tuition Rates Current tuition rates for full, half and mini play programs.

Infant & Toddler Center Tuition Rates Current tuition rates for the infant and toddler center.

Registration Form Please mail the completed registration with the non-refundable fee of $100.
Please add one week's tuition as a deposit toward final months tuition.

Physical Examination Form Please have your child's physician fill out this form. Have your physician attach a copy of immunization records. You may have the physician mail the form and immunization records directly to Yellow Brick Road.

Parent Information and Enrollment Agreement Please print this document and keep for your records.
